Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently deliver in and around Velachery, Chennai, and nearby localities. If you’re unsure whether we cover your address, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm before you order.

• Free delivery on all orders within a 4–5 km radius of our kitchen.
• Orders further away are delivered through a trusted third-party delivery platform (such as Porter or an equivalent local partner), and the delivery charge for that trip is passed on to you at cost — no markup.
• We’ll always confirm the delivery charge with you before dispatching if you’re outside the free-delivery radius.

Most orders placed before our daily cutoff are delivered the same day; orders placed later are delivered the next morning. Because everything is cut, cleaned and packed fresh to order (not held in pre-made stock), we’ll always confirm your expected delivery window when we accept your order.

All products are hygienically packed in food-safe packaging to keep them fresh in transit. If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, see our Returns & Refunds Policy — just reach out and we’ll sort it out.
